Estas são as regras para usar o Pensio. Mantivemos curtas e legíveis.

A Equipe Pensio

Pensio é um aplicativo de diário com IA. Você escreve entradas no diário e nós ajudamos você a descobrir padrões, rastrear emoções e refletir sobre sua vida. Nós fornecemos o software; você é dono das suas palavras.

Criar Conta

  • Você precisa de uma conta para usar o Pensio. Use um e-mail real — é assim que enviamos redefinições de senha.
  • Mantenha sua senha segura. Recomendamos ativar a autenticação de dois fatores.
  • Uma pessoa, uma conta. Não compartilhe contas.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Pensio. If we learn that a user under 16 has created an account, we will delete it and all associated data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, please contact us at [email protected].
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Conteúdo da entrada de diário

  • Tudo o que você escreve é seu. Suas entradas de diário, relacionamentos e todo conteúdo que você cria pertencem a você.
  • Precisamos de uma licença limitada para operar o serviço — armazenar suas entradas, processá-las com IA, exibi-las de volta para você. Só isso. Não usamos seu conteúdo para marketing, treinamento ou qualquer outra coisa.
  • Você pode exportar todos os seus dados a qualquer momento (Configurações → Exportar). Você pode excluir sua conta a qualquer momento.

O que você não pode fazer

O Pensio é uma ferramenta pessoal de diário. Não use para:

  • Pular para o conteúdo principal
  • Abusar da API ou tentar acessar dados de outros usuários.
  • Usar ferramentas automatizadas para coletar dados ou sobrecarregar o serviço.
  • Fazer engenharia reversa dos recursos de IA ou tentar extrair pesos dos modelos.

Reservamos o direito de suspender contas que violem estas regras.

Recursos

  • Emotion extraction and Explore chat are AI-generated. They can be inaccurate, miss context, or misinterpret your writing. Always use your own judgment.
  • Pensio is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. AI-generated insights are for self-reflection only — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Do not make medical, financial, legal, or life decisions based solely on Pensio's AI outputs.
  • AI insights reflect patterns in your writing, not objective truth. The AI may detect patterns that don't exist, miss important context, or generate misleading interpretations. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.
  • If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional. Resources:

  • We use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini), accessed through OpenRouter. Your data is processed in-memory and not stored or used for training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disponibilidade do serviço

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Maintenance windows may occur.
  • Fazemos backups diários, mas você também deve exportar seus dados regularmente como backup pessoal.
  • Se algum dia encerrarmos o Pensio (não planejamos isso), daremos pelo menos 90 dias de aviso e forneceremos exportação de dados.
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: infrastructure provider outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.

Account suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where possible.
  • We may also terminate accounts for any reason with 30 days' written notice. In that case, you will have the opportunity to export your data before termination.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Preços e pagamentos

O Pensio atualmente oferece um plano gratuito. Se introduzirmos planos pagos, notificaremos os usuários existentes. Usuários do plano gratuito não perderão acesso aos dados existentes.

Disclaimer of warranties

Pensio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

Limitação de responsabilidade

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated insights, emotional harm arising from AI-generated content, or any consequences of acting on Pensio's analysis of your journal entries.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Pensio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pensio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Alterações nestes termos

If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pensio will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
