If you made your account on your phone with Apple or Google, there was no password behind it. That was fine until the day you wanted to read your journal on a computer, where the sign-in page asked for a password you never had, and a reset had nothing to reset.
Now you can give that account a password. Signing in with Google or Apple keeps working exactly as before. The password simply adds a second way in, with your email address, from any browser, on any computer you use.
Before it is saved, Pensio asks you to confirm it is you, and your security log notes that the account now has a password, so a change you did not make would not go unseen.
Open Settings, then Account, and under Password choose Set a password. The button only appears if your account does not have a password yet.
