Typing a long password on a phone keyboard, then a six-digit code, is the least pleasant part of opening a journal. My bank lets me in with my face, and I wanted Pensio to work the same way.
Now you can add a passkey. Once you have one, you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint: nothing to type, and nothing anyone could trick you into giving away. A passkey counts as your password and your two-factor code together, so it is one step instead of two. It works in a browser and in the Pensio apps; if your app is too old to make one, it tells you to update.
Pensio never sees your face or your fingerprint. Your device checks those, and Pensio keeps only a public key, which opens nothing on its own. Every time a passkey is added, you get an email.
Open Settings, then Account, and choose Add a passkey.
