You photograph the page. The words come back in the language you wrote them, with the parts it could not read marked. You fix one word, set the date to Tuesday, and only then does it become an entry, filed in Tuesday’s week, with the photograph kept beside it.

- Check and correct before it becomes anything
- The reading is a draft until you say otherwise: you check it against the photograph, fix what is wrong, confirm the day each page belongs to, and only then add it to your journal. Where the model could not read a word it leaves a visible mark rather than a guess — and a page with no marks can still be wrong, so read it through.
- Date each page
- One date for the batch, then a date per page. A Tuesday page lands in Tuesday’s week, which is where its reflection will look for it.
- Keep the photograph
- It stays beside the entry it became, for as long as the entry does. The words are a reading of it; the page is the original.
- Tell us what it got wrong
- A name swapped, a word invented, a page it would not read: send it to [email protected] with the page, and it improves the reading for everyone.
How It Works
Photograph the pages
One page or a batch from one sitting, JPEG, PNG or WebP. A short notice tells you what is sent before you take the picture.
It is read in your language
The photo goes through Pensio’s AI gateway to a model that reads handwriting, under zero retention. Unreadable parts come back marked.
Check, correct, date
Read each page against the photograph, fix a word, set its date. Nothing is added to your journal until you say so.
It becomes an entry
Each page is an ordinary entry with the photograph beside it. It never connects a name it read to one of your people on its own.
