Benefits
Your moods become your own
Daylio’s five moods become Pensio’s where they match, so they count like a mood you tapped here. A mood you renamed stays as a line of the entry.
Days without words still count
Most Daylio days are a mood and a few activities. Each becomes an entry with that mood and no words, so your history is whole, not just the days you wrote.
At the time you logged it
Daylio writes the clock as your phone showed it. Each day stays the day you logged it, wherever you were.
Once, and reversible
Choose the same CSV twice and nothing is brought in twice. If you change your mind, one button removes the import and nothing you wrote in Pensio.
Import from Daylio
Bring your Daylio moods across, every day with its mood, at the time you logged it.
Years of moods in Daylio can come with you. Export the CSV, choose the file, and every day arrives with its mood, its activities and its note, at the time you logged it — a mood history Pensio can read alongside everything you write from now on.
An example
Mood: Good. Activities: walk, coffee, friends. A note: “Long lunch with Ana.” Logged at 10:00 pm.

It arrives as an entry on that Tuesday at 22:00 with the mood Calm — Daylio's Good is Pensio's Calm — the note as its words, and “walk · coffee · friends” as a line.
What you can do
- See what is in it before anything leaves your device
- The CSV is read in your browser first: how many days, the months they cover, and how many are a mood without words, before you choose Import.
- Leave and come back
- If an import stops, choose the same file again. What already came across is skipped, and nothing is brought in twice.
- Take it back
- For 30 days, one button removes everything an import brought in and nothing you wrote in Pensio. You can keep the entries you changed since.
How It Works
Export from Daylio as CSV
In Daylio: More, then Export Entries, then CSV. It saves one file with every day, mood, activity and note.
Choose the file in Pensio
Your browser reads the CSV first and shows how many days it holds, which months, and how many are a mood without words.
Import it
Days come across one by one, oldest first. If the page closes, choose the same file again and it carries on where it stopped.
Read the report
It says what came across, how many days were a mood alone, and which moods became a line because Pensio has no match for them.

Adding words to a mood history
Years of taps arrive as entries with a mood. From today, tap a mood and write a line, and Pensio reads the words too.
Moving to the web or a laptop
Daylio is a phone app. Your history can come with you to a browser, on Windows, Mac or Linux, and to the iOS and Android apps.
Keeping both for a while
Import now and keep tapping in Daylio. A later CSV brings in only the days that are new.
