Why 750 words?
750 words is approximately three handwritten pages — the original morning pages format. It is enough to move past surface thoughts and reach deeper, more honest writing.
What is hide-text mode?
When enabled, your text becomes invisible as you type. This prevents you from re-reading and editing — which defeats the purpose of stream-of-consciousness writing. Your words still appear when you export.
Is my text stored?
Your current session text lives in your browser while you write. Nothing is sent to any server. When you close the page, unfinished text is lost unless you export it first.
